This position provides essential administrative support to Sherwin-Williams wholesale and retail store operations, sales territories, and district management. Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system (“HRIS”), applicant tracking system (“ATS”), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner.

- Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees navigating Company resources and processes
- Support performance management, training, and corrective action programs
- Manage communications and sales project support for District
- Maintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
- Gather and report data with useful metrics
- Other administrative functions as required including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel, and ad hoc reporting
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have at least a High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook)
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position
- Have an associate degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or Human Resources
- Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
- Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
- Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
