Job Title: Mobile Security Officer
Location: Lawrence, MA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9pm-1am
Pay: $19.00/hour As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring our clients premises to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This role requires a high level of vigilance, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond promptly to security incidents. You will be expected to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible and active presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations using a company vehicle.
- Monitor and inspect premises for signs of unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Assist in controlling access to premises and verifying the credentials of visitors.
- Operate and maintain security systems and equipment, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with security best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
