Securitas is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated
Lead Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in security management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents.This position also helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.The
Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. If you have experience in the security industry and want to take the next step in your career you could be a great fit for this role.

Shift: Friday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm
Pay: $22 per hour

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
- Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
- Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
- MUST have GED or HS Diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
