Security Patrol Officer
Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to utilize a company issued vehicle to respond to incidents, perform tours, and patrol lots for any suspicious activities. You will be trained on various functions to include vehicle/personnel searches, gate procedures and will utilize technology to verify necessary information. It is a fast-paced team environment that requires attention to detail, while being able to provide a great customer experience.
Pay Range: $19.00
Location: Aurora, CO
Available Schedules:
- Sunday-Thursday 0600-1400
- Thursday-Monday 0600-1400
- Monday- Friday 1000-1800
- Saturday/Sunday 1400-2200 Tuesday/Wednesday 0600-1800
- Tuesday-Saturday 1400-2200
- Thursday-Monday 1400-2200
- Friday-Tuesday 1400-2200
- Thursday-Monday 2200-0600

Job Duties:
- Patrols conducted in company vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, and unauthorized persons.
- Responding to emergency situations where rapid and effective judgment, appropriate escalation and use of force is required.
- Writing detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergency situations, and any other observed issues.
- Responsible for verifying gate passes, vehicle access documentation and completing vehicle searches.
Security Officer Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic Computer Experience
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- High level customer service
- Will need valid Driver's License and be able to pass an MVR
