Overview Sage Dental is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this full-time role, you'll not only create and format professional documents but also elevate their visual impact, taking our design to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for design and advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite. You'll also play a key role in deciphering complex clinical content, transforming it into clear, engaging, and digestible messaging in both visual and written formats for presentations by clinical leaders. Experience working within a clinical backdrop or setting is a plus. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities
- PowerPoint Design: Craft engaging, professional presentations that simplify complex information. This includes designing templates, adding branding, and ensuring visual consistency.
- Word Document Formatting: Format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate letters in Word, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to our standards.
- Excel Document Formatting: Organize and format documents in Excel using advanced tools like formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and charts.
- Template Development: Build and maintain templates in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to keep everything on-brand and efficient.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Use tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to enhance document design and create visually compelling graphics.
- Document Review: Proof, edit, and ensure all documents meet our branding and formatting guidelines.
- Content Dissemination: Analyze unstructured and complex clinical content, transforming it into clear, concise visuals and written formats for clinical presentations.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across departments, including clinical leaders, to gather input and deliver top-notch formatted documents.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple projects, making sure every document and presentation is delivered on time and up to our high standards.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Expertise: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with a solid grasp of formatting and design principles.
- Adobe Creative Suite Skills: Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating clean, visually striking designs.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for catching inconsistencies and maintaining accuracy across all documents.
- Design Skills: Ability to design professional and visually appealing documents that align with company branding.
- Experience with SOPs & Corporate Letters: Prior experience formatting SOPs and corporate letters is a big plus.
- Clinical Content Adaptation: Ability to work with complex clinical information and transform it into digestible formats for presentations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate clearly and concisely through well-designed documents.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to troubleshoot design and formatting issues.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
