Starting Wage: 

• These roles start at $18-$20+/hour (BOE)
• +$1 Shift Premium on 2nd shift 

Hours: 

• First Shift | 5am - 3pm | Mon - Thurs | 5am - 11am on Friday (OT as needed)
• Second Shift | 3pm – 1am | Mon – Thurs | 11am – 5pm on Friday (OT as needed)

Please find a brief description of our Converting Machine Operator position: 

• Efficiently operate a converting bag machine including but not limited to: machine setup, bag production, handling finished product, quality control and reporting while adhering to safety guidelines.

High School or GED diploma required

Must be able to work 10 hour shifts

Able to regularly lift 10-12lbs and occasionally 50lbs of product

Great attitude and attendance is a must!

Mechanical reasoning skills

Ability to do machine set-ups, calibrations, etc. or a willingness to learn

Ability to read a tape measure and record measurements 

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a high speed, manufacturing environment

(Manufacturing experience preferred)
