Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Check in and welcome visitors
- Process, sort and route incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Daily tabulation and entry of fiber for production and billing
- Process daily shipment totals
- Follow all A/P and freight invoices to completion
- Manages A/P, fiber and purchase order files
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
