The Maintenance Department facilitates uninterrupted production at Rate of high quality bags through timely preventive and reactive plant-wide maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

Maintenance Lead

1. Strong mechanical aptitude
2. Reads, understands and follows all rules, regulations and work instructions
3. Arrives at the workplace before the shift begins, day in and day out
4. Works on a rotating shift schedule (morning / evening / night)
5. Works scheduled overtime (weekdays and/or weekends)
6. Lifts up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
7. Communicates and cooperates with others as a team member

1. 1 yr. experience maintaining industrial equipment and infrastructure
2. Fully aware of machinery hazards
3. GED or HS Diploma
4. Passes A/M reading & math testing
5. Expresses ideas freely and speaks clearly
