Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.
- Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
- Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
- Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.
- Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification.
- Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian preferred.
- Prefer 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics.
- Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian preferred. Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma preferred.
- Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
