Work closely with Merchandising teams to understand product assortments, promotions, and new product launches to incorporate into replenishment plans.

- Store Clustering: Assess and support unique managed assortments across identified store clusters.
- Event-based replenishment: Build and implement programs to support critical seasons and events such as our Rental Season, Free Guitar weekends, and Upgrade your Sound™ events.
- Inventory Planning: Determine optimal inventory levels for each store based on demand forecasts, sales velocity, lead times, and store-specific factors.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline replenishment processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive efficiency gains in replenishment planning and execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to replenishment accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and stockouts to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to replenishment orders, inventory discrepancies, or system errors in a timely manner.
