Rehab Hospital Overview:
- The Rehab Hospital is a stand-alone facility that strives to get patients back into the community successfully. We use state-of-the-art technology in therapy so that our patients will have the best opportunity for success following discharge. We encourage our patients to be independent and work closely with therapy staff to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: RN's 6:1 and LPN's 7:1
- # of Beds: 52

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support Certification through an American Heart Association approved program
