Overview:Work your required shift and be flexible to cover additional times when vacations are scheduled or co-workers are sick. Provide excellent CT and general radiography, and help with ECGs and lab procedures as time allows. Communicate with the patients of what you are doing and keep them at ease. Maintain all paperwork and documentation needed in the department. Use good independent judgement to accomplish required tasks. All work will be performed with the Mission, Vision, and Values held by Healdton Mercy Hospital.
Qualifications:
Education: Requires high school education or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology.
Experience: Requires minor nursing skills. Ability to multi-task and react appropriately in high stress situations
Certifications: A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment. Must have ARRT Advanced Level certification in CT Scan or working towards certification.
Other: CPR required. Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking and organizational skills required.
