This critical service will serve as the single source of truth for user profiles and identities across our entire organization, enabling secure access, personalization, and data governance. This is a pivotal role for shaping the future of our user experience and ensuring seamless and secure collaboration across all teams.Responsibilities:•Define the product vision and roadmap for the Profile and Identity service, aligning with overall business objectives and user needs.•Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security, data) in the development and implementation of the service, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines.•Own the user experience for the Profile and Identity service, ensuring intuitive and convenient access management for all users.•Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure the service adheres to industry standards and regulations.•Develop and implement robust data governance strategies for user profiles and identities.•Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.•Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.•Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends relevant to the Profile and Identity space.Qualifications:•5+ years of experience in product management.•Proven track record of successfully building and launching complex SaaS products.•Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.•Strong technical acumen and understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).•Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems/data attributes, and regulatory.•Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.•Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.•Data-driven decision making and analytical skills.•Globally distributed teams in India, EU and US. Some travel may be required.Additional Information:This role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in the Dublin office at least 3 days per week.Corporate Security Responsibility
