Instructional Delivery and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Ft Meade, MD in support of a U.S. Government Training Academy delivering training, training development and management services to the Department of Defense users.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Course and curriculum assessment, quality, effectiveness, relevance to customer requirements.
- Perform instructional delivery assessments
- Collaborate with the government, cyber forensic, cyber counterintelligence and international relations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), mission stakeholders, external customers, and the curriculum manager in the development of training requirements, iterative assessment requirements of evolving customer needs and communicating quality issues (spelling, grammar, alignment to job sheets, etc.) to the government and the contractor's lead for curriculum development
- Perform random, weekly assessments of courses being delivered to evaluate instructional performance, assess course and curriculum issues/effectiveness and identify any student issues/complaints
- Submit a monthly a summary of evaluations for the government
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and competent writing and oral communication skills
- Ensure quality products and services are delivered timely and accurately
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience delivering cyber technical training to personnel whose duties include cyber network defense, computer forensics and/or cyber threat emulation/detection.
- At least 5 years of experience assessing instructional delivery of cyber training to personnel whose duties include cyber network defense, computer forensics and/or cyber threat emulation/detection.
- Extensive experience assessing the efficacy of cyber training courses and curricula.
- At least 5 years of experience working with external stakeholders, mission partners and course development personnel in the collection and iterative development of cyber training requirements.
- Knowledge of cyber-crime evidence collection techniques, data analysis, and laws surrounding cyber investigations evidence.
- Knowledgeable of current technology and tools applicable to cyber investigations and investigative functions within various operating systems.
- Experience implementing cyber solutions for operational Federal law enforcement / counterintelligence problems.
- Familiarity with commercial software programs commonly used by network defense and computer forensic personnel.
- Work is onsite at the in-residence training facility. Telework for this position may be authorized by the COR as necessary.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must hold a current TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
