Our client in Oak Creek is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the production team supporting a team of 7-8 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Leadership, Communication and problem solving.

 Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Oak Creek, WI

Pay Range: 50-55K

What’s the Job?

1. Accountability for Production Targets: Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and production commitments for the assigned production line.

2. Safety and Compliance: Ensure team compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures to support safety policies established by the company.

3. Daily Production Leadership: Lead the team in completing daily production tasks efficiently to meet production levels, intervening where necessary.

4. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities within the production area to enhance efficiency and productivity.

5. Collaboration and Team Development: Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to identify maintenance priorities, ensure adherence to standard work processes, and support the development, training, and retention of team members.

What’s Needed?

• High school and/or GED equivalent
• Experience of leading small group activities to drive improvement ideas
• Experience of assisting and developing (multi-skilled) people
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and recognized QC tools
• Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap, and re-work
