Job Title: Supply Chain Customer Service Representative
Location: Sherman, TX
Pay: $18.50/hr
Shift: 1st (M-F 8am-5pm)
Position Type: TEMPORARY (6-12 months; exact length depends on company needs)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact between the company and customers, acting as a liaison to provide updated information such as customer order delivery statuses and dates/recommitted dates between supply chain planning, operations, and customer service. You will also answer questions, resolve any emerging problems or escalations to customer service, and interact with supply chain procurement to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of purchase order deliveries.
