Our client, an HVAC and Refrigeration Manufacturing company is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join their team. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be performing overall technical support/repairs for equipment, OEMs, installers, and dealers. The ideal candidate will have understanding of components, good communication skills and troubleshooting experience which will align successfully in the organization. Locations are LA, CA, WA state and Wyoming.

Job Title: Field Service Specialist

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $100k -110k/yr + benefits

What’s the Job? 

• Provide customer assistance and advice on complex service issues

• Investigate and resolve technical field problems and recommend and initiate corrective action

• Perform repairs, field testing and analysis of failed components to assist engineering

• Service Manager in determining modes of failure and root cause

• Determine in demining liability in warranty equipment failures
   

What’s Needed? 

• College degree in HVAC or refrigeration or equivalent hands on experience 

• Refrigeration certifications

• 5 years of experience in repairs on HVAC systems

• Proficient on electrical systems, reading technical drawings and MS Office
