Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Leola, PA
Shift: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Rate: $17-20/hour
What’s the Job?
Interact with Customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support
Collect and enter orders and field customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and complete customer records
What’s Needed?
Excellent customer service skills- verbal and written
Impeccable attendance and reliability
Strong work ethic
Willingness to work in a team environment
Microsoft Office experience and 1-3 years experience in similar role
