Our client, a leading company in the Biotech industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting various product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I (First Shift) Location: Eugene, OR Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly What’s the Job? 1. Operate and/or monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results in the work area. 2. Collaborate with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products. 3. Comprehend production paperwork including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks. 4. Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely while adhering to company safety regulations and procedures. 5. Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, or equipment as required. What’s Needed? 1. High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. 2. Proficiency in basic packaging techniques, equipment operation, and protocol record retention. 3. Ability to execute instructions precisely without deviation. 4. Comfortable with chemical handling. 5. Previous production or laboratory exposure is advantageous but not required.
