Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines to fabricate parts and components 
• Prefer experience with HAAS mills and lathes 
• Utilize knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, and layout techniques to produce high-quality parts.
• Interpret detailed instructions, blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Determine dimensions and tolerance of finished workpieces through sample parts.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and make necessary adjustments.
• Qualifications:
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in mill and lathe operations with the ability to modify/optimize CNC programs.
