Our client, is seeking a Social Worker III  to join their team. As a Social Worker, you will be part of the Case Management Department. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS Degree in Social Work or Human Serices Field, case management experience, and ability to work on-site which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Social Worker III

Location: Fayeteville, NC

Pay Range: $20.00/HR

What’s the Job?

• To provide client focused case management services to homeless or people in need of stable housing
• Develop programs and resources to formulate case plans that assist with housing and self-sufficiency 
• Conduct initial, ongoing, and follow-up needs assessments
• Monitor participants progress
• Provide housing search support 

What’s Needed?

• BA/BS Degree in Social Work or Human Services Field
• Experience working with various populations (homeless, mentally ill, disabled, substance users, victims of domestic violence, persons with HIV/AIDS
• Knowledge of behavioral & socioeconomic problems
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, and Excel with the ability to learn new programs
• Knowledge of governmental and private organizations 
• Ability to deal calmly in crisis situations
