Job Title: Shift Leader
Location: La Crosse, WI
Pay: $15 - $17/hour

What's the job?
Providing oversight and guidance to team members during assigned shift  
Training, coaching, and supporting skills development with the guidance of store leaders.
Meeting store goals while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Supporting the organizational mission through training of people with different abilities
Adapting to store needs and supporting store procedures including opening and closing.

What do you bring to the job?
1 year of retail experience  
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication with diverse audience and with all levels of management
Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
Basic competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software.
