Job Title: Legal Secretary Location: Marquette, Michigan Pay: $18.00 per Hour What’s the Job? - Prepare, proofread, or process legal documents, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, or pretrial agreements. - Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials. - Receive and place telephone calls, schedule and make appointments. -Assist attorneys in collecting information such as employment, medical, and other records. What’s Needed? - Previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experiences for office work. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Willing to train the right person who shows eagerness and aptitude. - Temp to perm position. - Criminal background check and drug screen required.
