Our client, in the Property Management industry is is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an admin, you will be supporting team with various tasks.  The ideal candidate will have MS Office suite, excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Bethesda

Pay Range:  $21/hr

What’s the Job?
Develop and maintain a filing system. Order office supplies. Assist with booking appointments.  Assist department with other tasks as assigned. Assist accounting, including but not limited to sorting and organizing items. Provide general support to visitors and answering front phones.

What’s Needed?
Reception and customer service skills
MS Office suite experience
Filing and related skills
Data Entry skills
At least one year Administrative experience
