Our client, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a data entry clerk, you will be part of the team supporting our clients operations. The ideal candidate will have MS Office Word and strong data entry skills.

What’s the Job? The primary function for this role is to track production output in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with production teams to leverage the data to drive continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Update production hour by hour boards and compile, sort and verify the accuracy of the data. • Enter information into databases and collaborate with team members to ensure the data is readily accessible. • Conduct quality checks to identify and rectify errors to maintain data integrity. • Organize and manage completed documents for efficient retrieval as needed. • Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks when required. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE • Ability and desire to learn and apply lean systems and tools. • Ability to read Engineering prints and interpret and carry out a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute percentages, area, circumference, and volume; draw and interpret bar graphs • Other duties as assigned.
