This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to set up and operate machines, all while growing in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Location: Carroll, IA
Pay Range: $19.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on shift

What’s the Job?

• Learn to set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual machines
• Produce precision parts
• Become a certified machine operator within 120 days
• Learn to read blueprints, adjust machine speeds, and change tooling and cutters
• Perform quality testing

What’s Needed?

• HS Diploma/GED
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to pass a stringent background check and drug screen
• Willingness to learn
• Manufacturing background 

What’s in it for You?

• Choice of 2nd or 3rd shift hours
  • 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
• Competitive Pay
