Job Details:

• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour at Production Level 1
• Advancement Opportunities: The company offers a structured advancement program with four production levels. Each level comes with a pay raise, culminating at Journey Man Level 5 with a current rate of $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Experience with food manufacturing equipment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and breaking down machines
• Operating machinery
• Placing products in retail trays
• Labeling, packing, and palletizing cases of product
