Our client is seeking a professional bubbly Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service team supporting team and customers. The ideal candidate will have data entry, multi-tasking, and eager to learn process which will align successfully in the organization.

• Works with accounts for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system.
• Utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made.
• Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests.

• 2 years’ experience required in an office setting.
• Resume showing qualifications related to job duties.
