Our client, a leading manufacturer in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Device Production Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Production Operator

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Pay Range: $23.00
Schedule: Mon-Th, 4:30am-1:30pm 4x10 work schedule

1. Assemble medical devices and related components, which may include working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
2. Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and various equipment for detailed assembly and operation.
3. Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies, conducting tests on units using computerized test equipment.
4. Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools, and package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete.
5. Maintain accurate records to ensure travelers, shop floor paperwork, and quality documents are accurate for traceability and quality assurance.

1. High School Diploma, minimum
2. 2+ years recent experience in medical device assembly
3. Ability to speak, follow verbal instructions, and communicate effectively in English.
4. Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
5. Good dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts, with the ability to prioritize work and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
