• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5:00PM  
• Pay Rate: $25/HR.
• Located in Los Angeles, CA 90095

• Managing the day-to-day operations associated with the electronic invoicing methods
• Implementing new vendors
• Monitoring usage
• Auditing transactions, and processing electronica invoices
• Performing outreach to convert vendors from non-electronic to electronic invoicing
• Addressing customer service inquires for vendors with questions regarding electronic invoicing set up
• Applying proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments, including requirements for contracts, leases and other specialized payments
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor

• 3+ years’ experience in accounts payable
• Experience in processing high volume invoices
• Expert in CONCUR is highly preferred
• Skilled analyzing information, identifying problems, and finding solutions
• Ability to enter data and utilize spreadsheets - Excellent customer service and communication skills
