Job Title: 1st Shift Sales Coordinator
Location: La Habra, CA 90631
Pay Rate: $20- $23/hr

What's the Job?
•    1st Shift- Mon- Thurs from 9am- 4:30pm 
•    Speaking with customers via phone, in person or via email.
•    Provide customers with quotes/ learning how to use quoting system.
•    Follow up on quotes via email and phone.
•    Use Sage, Act, and Excel
•    Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times. 
•    File and scan documents.
•    Maintain clean work environment.
•    Performing other duties as assigned. 

What's Needed?
•    2+ years of previous RECENT Sales Coordinator or related experience
•    Ability to receive direction/ guidance from supervisors. 
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and experience with Sage, ACT is a plus.
•    Good communication skills 
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish- is a plus
•    High school diploma or equivalent such as a GED
•    Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
