The Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for a cleared Registered Nurse with Case Manager Experience who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. Primary Responsibilities
Case Management services for injured, ill or recovering clients.
Provide clinical case direction, establishing specific rehabilitation objectives and goals towards physical and psychological recovery and define associated actions required to meet the needs of clients.
Monitor and evaluate rehabilitative progress and obtainment of goal.
Accurately collect and record utilization metrics and provide monthly reporting.
Assess requirements for durable medical equipment, physical therapy, occupational and rehabilitative services for clients.
Utilize electronic medical records and telemedicine technologies.
Be a skilled communicator and able to assist the client in understanding the administrative requirements needed for reimbursements.
To communicate effectively in written and spoken word with the team and providers.
Shall perform ad hoc duties as per the Program Manager discretion.
Pursue job accommodations as appropriate and understanding of the process gain approvals.
Formulate timely case reports, to include presentation of factual information and analysis of such.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, therefore, US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medically Related Field and 5 years of previous case management experience preferably in military treatment facilities. May consider experience in home health care, and/or mental health facilities.
Must be a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Board-Certified Physician Assistant.
Experience with care delivery, psychosocial support and reimbursement systems.
An understanding of rehabilitative strategies.
Ability to problem solve complex medical issues.
Ability to establish working relationships and effective communication with professional personnel of various backgrounds
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Previous experience in writing factual, clear, and concise reports, to include situational analysis
Ability to maintain daily scheduled activities and effective time management skills
Decisive and efficient decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
Desired to have and maintain a nationally recognized current board-certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) from the Commission for Case Management Certification.

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
