The Leidos Intelligence Group has an opening for a TS/SCI with polygraph Medical Administrator seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting a wellbeing office for an Intelligence Community customer.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor requests from various wellbeing sources, formulate responses, keep a record of activities, assess performance, and offer recommendations for enhancing business processes.
Support health and wellbeing program activities, including registration, communications, administrative tasks, and performance measurement and assessment.
Assist in health and wellbeing communication processes by creating content for various forums, and diligently tracking timelines associated with communications.
Facilitate administrative functions for wellbeing teams, ensuring proper access, official channel communications, schedule tracking, and more.
Contribute to the success of major wellbeing events, such as the annual 5k, by coordinating with stakeholders, planning materials and supplies, and overseeing communications activities.
Manage the procurement and tracking of health and wellbeing materials and supplies required for a portfolio of events.
Effectively prioritize and manage responsibilities to maintain a balance across various wellbeing offices.

Basic Qualifications
Possession of a current Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
High School diploma and 8 to 12 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in medical administration or working in a medical office.

Pay Range:Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
