Description
The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to provide support to the Central Service Area (CSA) Management Team for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The ideal candidate will support the program by providing planning, scheduling, and coordination support for a variety of strategic and operational planning functions within the FAA.
Job Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Process and update multiple spreadsheet trackers with all task orders and employee information such as, staffing sheet, organization chart, task order structure book, etc., for our customers.
- Assist in the hiring process by inputting (PII) personal identifiable information to begin the background check process and assist in obtaining new employee FAA Badges.
- Point of Contact for FAA security personnel and for our customer regarding new employee/candidate updates during the hiring and background check process.
- Point of Contact for payments when assisting our EOSH Program with the Triennial Water Sampling, Asbestos Inspections, etc.
- Purchase Card holder and Point of Contact for AdHoc charges for various customer requests.
- Support a collaborative environment to ensure our tasks and duties are completed and satisfy our customer’s needs.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from group management and produce final packages for approval.
- Research, interpret and apply written procedures, regulations or policy pertaining to Management Program.
- Update and manage SharePoint/KSN site.
- Update and manage ShareDrive

Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust security clearance.
- Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Power Point.

Pay Range:Pay Range $42,250.00 - $76,375.00
