Leidos is seeking a Timing & Sync Tier III SME who will support a large, multi-year contract providing Timing and Synchronization to Department of Defense. The work that's being done on this Leidos-led, prime contract is extremely important and offers its team members the opportunity to work autonomously and explore new technologies. The Timing & Sync Tier III SME will support a high priority, high visibility implementation project in support of a very large, high profile Timing and Sync Program. The Timing & Sync Tier III SME will be responsible for providing full support to the customer on multiple, simultaneous tasks.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the operation & testing of legacy T&S equipment (e.g., legacy GPS receivers, T&S distribution devices).
Prepare Technical Manuals for T&S stakeholders to operate & maintain the T&S system.
Provide T&S training for various resources as requested by the Government PM.
Support Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) submissions in a timely manner.
Serve as the Timing Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expertise and guidance on timing-related aspects within the organization's projects or systems.
Analyze and evaluate timing requirements and constraints for projects, identifying potential timing issues or challenges and proposing solutions to mitigate risks for new and existing T&S systems.
Develops, maintains, and updates technical documentation such as enterprise architecture, application/system design, and network architecture and design.
Assist with leading Working groups.
Support development of Engineering and Systems design documentation and Engineering Implementation Plans.
Track hardware, software, architecture changes to drive updates to design documentation and other deliverables.
Provide content and guidance for training products.
Supports systems development, technical planning, development, integration, and verification and validation.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience with, at least, 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Familiarity with databases
US Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
