Description
Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team. The position will provide support to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The position will be located at the company site in Washington, D.C.
Senior Program Analyst Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with team members to develop, compile, and edit OSH reports.
- Supports bi-weekly team meetings by capturing related notes, and documents and tracks action items through to completion.
- Coordinates and helps to develop presentations to brief leadership on program status, current issues and needed resources.
- Develops metrics to measure the effectiveness of program initiatives and identifies areas requiring additional support and/or resources.
- Assists in the creation of a concept plan to support implementation efforts and continued development of safety programs.
- Assists in development, coordination and review of executive-level briefings to report project status.
- Collaborates with Federal Government clients to identify program needs, documents necessary actions, and track milestones and timelines to support overall program execution and future development.
- Provides suggestions on strategic communications to ensure information is clear and targeted to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzes various program processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Assists the project team with the development and shipment of materials, compiles pre-course and end-of-course documentation, and works directly with the customer to establish a schedule.
- Creates, manages, and disburses reports related to respective projects.
- Maintains project assets, communications, and related database(s).
- Provides data management and analysis for studies and maintains assigned projects.
- Participates in strategic planning with regards to program development.
- Assists with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented.
- Organizes, implements, and maintains scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
- Provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
- Interacts with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
- Designs and develops and tracks project schedule.
- Assists project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
- Prepares periodic verbal and written status reports to the project team.
- Participates in the planning, scheduling, tracking and analysis of key project functions.
- Serves as a liaison between the customer, vendors, and the project team.
- Develops, monitors, and tracks procurement documentation to support project execution.
Senior Program Analyst Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or MS/MA with 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Prior experience providing support to DASHO and FAA.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with program reporting.
- Effective communication organization skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of Products.
- Ability to deliver ad hoc requests with a sense of urgency.
** While a clearance is not required to be considered for the position, the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance (i.e., Public Trust) is required if hired.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
