Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

Be part of an Agile team that is responsible for maintaining the extraction, organization, and exploitation of seized digital media evidence supporting counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigation.

Primary Responsibilities:
oResponsible for carrying out engineering tasks to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include:
odeveloping data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software;
ofacilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing, as well as using the specified open source, COTS, and GOTS technologies;
oestablishing an application that produces manageable, actionable intelligence from streams of a structured and semi-structured data.
oDesign strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.
oDesign and construct large relational databases.
oIntegrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality.
oMay supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:
oBachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
oManagement, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
o8-12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
oAbility to work well within a small agile team environment
oStrong communication skills
oUS Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:
oExperience with HTML, Vue Framework, Javascript, Java and .NET
oExperience with Apache Solr
oDOD Top Secret Clearance is required.
