Leidos Dynetics is seeking a talented MRP Scheduler / ECO Coordinator to join a dynamic team focused on manufacturing of complex products. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering solutions.
The MRP Scheduler / ECO Coordinator will work in all areas of production control supporting both Defense and Commercial programs. Production Control Specialist will ensure all work performed during the production control process is compliant with Dynetics quality management system and contract requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate the Implementation of ECO’s and Deviations within a manufacturing environment.
Work with stockroom to coordinate issuance of additional material required for ECO implementation and coordinating ECO implementation with Contract Manufacturers.
Interact with Procurement to implement ECO’s at various suppliers.
Work with planning to implement the necessary rev changes on work orders.
Perform the necessary system transactions to Rev Serial numbers of affected units.
Determining Change Effectivity dates.
Deviation Management.
Execution of all changes/redlines to in-process Manufacturing Orders and routers due to ECO’s and revision changes.
Expedite jobs as required.
Coordinate production workflow for one or more projects.
Responsible for executing configuration and data management processes and controls for managing and tracking configuration changes and ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Setting up and Scheduling programs in MRP.
Basic Qualifications
Candidates must possess a BA degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience will be considered.
Candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience working production control with similar manufacturing programs.
Candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience implementing Engineering Change Orders in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate must have demonstrated computer skills, and the ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical design changes and their impact to a manufacturing process.
Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of production planning and quality control principles (AS9100 and/or AS5553).
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference shown to candidates who possess an Associate Degree in a related field.
Preferred candidates will also have production control experience with Deltek CostPoint.

Pay Range:Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
