Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Service Management (m/w/d) to oversee our service operations in Austria. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong track record in service management, a deep understanding of P&L responsibilities, and the ability to lead the leaders, both functionally and disciplinarily.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage the service teams, ensuring high performance, motivation, and continuous professional development.
- P&L – responsibility for Service in Austria
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring timely, high-quality service and support.
- Drive the financial performance of the service division, managing budgets, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Professionally Manage claims risen by the customer, coordinate with internal and external stake holders
What We Look For:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in service operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the building technologies or industrial sectors is highly desirable
- Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment of international organizations with a matrix structure. Preferred experience includes working in multinational corporations.
- Proficiency in German and English is required. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management and influence stakeholders.
