What you will do
Maintain and monitor the performance of the Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). This includes monitoring and managing HVAC equipment and systems alarms utilizing FRCS graphics and interfaces. Creates work orders in computer maintenance management systems (CMMS). Conduct shift turn over meetings when coming on shift and when finishing shift. Â
How you will do it
As a shift operator you will continuously monitor the FRCS by using ICONICS and Metasys to ensure proper operation of all systems. You will validate equipment/system alarms and create work orders in MAXIMO for the technician team to follow up with. Shift reports and logs will be filled out in Microsoft Word and Excel.    Â
Shift Position: Part-time - Weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 8 hour shifts. Primary shift will be 11:00pm - 7:00am, but may help support 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) at times.Â
Pay: $30.00-$34.00 p/h plus shift differential.Â
