What you will do:
Lead a team of shift managers, global incident analysts, and security operations dispatchers that provides alarm and incident monitoring and dispatching, emergency and non-emergency security messaging, tactical intelligence collection, and incident escalation, globally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a client organization that covers hundreds of locations and employs over 100,000 people in more than 100 countries.
How you will do it:
Direct the actions of the shift managers to ensure continuity of operations.
Manage all SOC day-to-day operations, personnel, and meet all reporting and administrative requirements.
Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure all training requirements are met.
Train and professionally develop shift managers.
Coordinate with the QA Lead to ensure all QA requirements are met.
Escalate issues to and support the Global Program Manager as appropriate.
Continuously innovate and streamline the operations of your team.
What we look for:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience leading and motivating a multi-skilled team to achieve objectives.
GSOC, security, military, law enforcement and/or emergency services experience
Proven experience leading and managing in a 24/7 operations environment.
Experience prioritizing and carrying out multiple assignments concurrently.
Able adapt to changes in the external environment of the organization.
Computer skills; Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24-30 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
