As the Transformation Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Initiative Owners throughout the Transformation journey in the Global Marine & Navy sector. Your role demands passion, innovation, and a 'can-do' attitude. Key responsibilities include leading change, coaching stakeholders, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and ideation.

How You Will Do It
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Simplify, standardize, and automate using the principles of "LEAN" methodology.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
Work effectively in a team environment by facilitating, challenging the ‘status quo,’ and motivating multifunctional teams.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Site Leadership teams to execute plans supporting business objectives.
