Senior Technician / Water cooled Chiller

What you will do 

The Senior Technician will be reporting directly to the Field Line Manager - HVAC. As part the HVAC Aftermarket team you will install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and equipment such as reciprocations and screw compressors, condensing units, evaporators, valves and control systems. 

How you will do it 

As a Senior Technician you will use your strong HVAC technical knowledge to execute site surveys and carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all refrigeration components and recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary. 

You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services and repair for HVAC systems. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills. 

What we look for 

Required  

• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent   
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in Water-Cooled Chillers & Air-Cooled Troubleshooting, Rectification, Water-Cooled Chiller Pre commissioning, Startup, Chiller Retrofit jobs 
• Experience with preparing detail technical reports, scope of works, method of statement and risk assessment 
• Experience in VSD chillers 
• Proven technical knowledge and experience of working on HVAC systems mostly on chillers, braizing, baccum, pressure test 
• Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagrams of HVAC systems  
• Experience in handling reports & communications in a concise way. 
• Fluent language skills in English
