What you will do:The primary role of a Business Solutions Analyst is to lead customers through their Item Level Intelligence journey, in the delivery of RFID based solutions. The ideal candidate must have ability to understand and document customer requirements with their associated ROI and market relevance, and the ability to interact with Product Management to formulate product and delivery strategies.How you will do it:
Responsibility for business solution definition, business solution confirmation, use case definition and documentation, ROI and KPI definition, ROI measurement, training strategy, business solution validation, etc.
Develop training and execution programs for the development and adoption of best practices and methodologies.
Assist the customer to plan for the change management that comes with an ILI solution. This will include customer training and process validation.
Consult with customers on their business solution during the sales process. Help the customer understand the business value of TRS Item Level Intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with the Product Management team to shape and improve the overall business value proposition of TRS solutions.
Partner with 3rd party customers to expand customer’s success measurement and reporting capabilities.
Plans information architecture, investigating and applying customer's business and IT concepts and strategy for architecture, information structure and features, user interface design and functionality.
Creation of user scenarios, preparation of data models and creation of information structure, flow diagrams and data and their navigation.
Organization of information, translating user behavior through multimedia elements; creating interactive experiences; producing workflow diagrams, user scenarios, flowcharts, and storyboards.
Implements the information architecture by preparing in interactive documents, prototypes, and models.
Validates the delivery of information, developing and completing usability testing plans, evaluating traffic patterns, and studying user feedback.
Provides information about the system architecture by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer information.
Collaborates with the Project Manager to assist in the Solution Design.
Plan the most appropriate business analysis approach and determine the activities required to meet the requirements.
Get customer requirements, define business processes and translate them into deployable design.
Document the functional requirements in a use case format and validate the delivered solution against functional design.
Assists the customer in planning and implementing the change management activities necessary to deliver a successful store and DC performance solutions program.
Collaborates with the Project Manager to assist in the Solution Design.
What we look for:Required
Experience in the delivery of RFID based solutions.
4+ years of experience in business process design and optimization as well as the delivery of software and hardware solutions preferably in the retail space.
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop focused plans to capitalize on opportunities.

Ability to interact with executive management teams and manage to the expectations of customer directors.
Minimal supervision.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one interaction for effective presentations.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university.
