We are seeking a National Dispatch Center Associate to join our federal team based at our Aurora, CO or Kansas City monitoring center location.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 p/h to start. Will receive an additional $2.00 per hour upon receipt of active Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Location: Position can be either Aurora, CO or Kansas City, MO (No relocation available)Shift:  7:3- am - 3:30 pm (Mountain Standard Time)Benefits: Eligible for benefits on first day of employment Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation per calendar year Travel Required: None Â

As NDC Associate, you will:
Â
- Be available to take inbound calls from Customer and techs to assist with Service Requests, placing on test, seeing if all points are cleared before clearing test.
- Respond Quickly and precisely to incoming phone calls
- Handle all incoming email using 2 dedicated inboxes.
- Create workorders on proper accounts whether in Mastermind Island or Mastermind Enterprise
- Communication is essential with Customers, Technicians, Branch Managers, Productivity Specialist and Program Managers with JCSS and JCFS
- Document all incidents in Mastermind
- Operate all Call Center equipment
- Pull Parts Pending report from Island account and send add any additional information needed such as exact part number and send to Procurement and copy all techs through e-mail
- Update NDC Service ticket spreadsheet for tracking
- Check FRS for delivery of parts and get tracking
- Communicate with techs to verify receipt of parts and schedule return visit to site if needed
- Pull Job Summary and send to all business personnel daily
- Retain report in TEAMS for everyone to be able to handle if not in the office
- Send report to Program managers daily for DEA and FEMA accounts
- Move Service tickets to proper priority after completion of notification
- Document tickets on who was contacted in Comments in service ticket
- Place tech en-route, onsite and clear before billing
- Work NAWC report to clear tickets when received from site
- Create any SO for Corp of Engineers and send to appropriate individuals for approval and billing.
- Always back up alarm procedure if needed
- Any additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:Â Â
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience; preferably in a call center environmentÂ
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer knowledge including general Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)Â
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable handling potential emergency situations
- Able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and detail orientation
- Successful completion of training module (minimum 80% accuracy)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance required. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.). Active Secret security clearance preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:Â Â
- Prior experience working with law enforcement, emergency dispatching, or a criminal justice background
- Experience working with DoD Masterminds software
