What will you do?
As a buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing goods, materials, and follow up services with external suppliers to ensure that the company’s operational needs are met working closely with Planning, logistic, quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of supply.
How will you do it?
- Purchase goods, materials or services aligned with demand, quality and delivery targets to meet our sales projections
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts
- Explore alternate sources for goods and materials
- Contact the supplier to expedite, following with quality, delivery, or invoices issue
- Schedule and follow up meetings with critical suppliers
What are we looking for?
- Candidates with strong English written and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills required.
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Excellent service attitude to internal and external customers
