What you will do
For our Retail Division, based in La Coruña, we are looking for a R&D Manager to be an active part of our New RFID Innovation Center.
Reporting to Business Director, the R&D Manager will manage the RFID tag product and technology development process, team, and facility.
How you will do it
The person selected will be responsible for multiple tasks including R&D, engineering, prototyping, testing, certification, and coordination with fabrication suppliers. Responsible for overseeing projects from solution development, resource management, production, quality control and delivery.

* Management of RFID tag product development process and projectS
* Release of robustly developed products and processes into operations.
* Management of the RFID tag development team
* Setup and Management of the RFID tag development facility in A Coruna
* Ensure documented, trained and safe working practices.
* Promoting innovation within the RFID tag development team
Location: A Coruña/ Hybrid role: 3 days Office
