Great work you’ll do here:
The Executive Director Specialist, RN is responsible for the general management of more than one provider/agency in a geographical region including clinical, operations and support functions. This position is also accountable for the financial and operational performance and overall business development of the agencies. This role oversees implementation, maintenance and compliance with the Performance Improvement activities; including the Corporate Compliance Program, leads the home care agency Professional Advisory Board and acts as the Privacy Officer. The Executive Director Specialist will continually assess the needs of the customer to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Provides general management to the agencies including direction and oversight of all operational and clinical activities to achieve goals and objectives in multiple sites
- Provides coaching and counseling and makes appropriate developmental recommendations
- Prepares reports to update leadership on project status, issues, achievements, etc.
- Knowledge of Performance Improvement Process
- Directs and controls the application of all regulations, including but not limited to Federal, State and company policy to guarantee that all agencies are managed in an efficient & effective manner
- Responsible for assuring implementation of directions of the governing body and organizing and directing the ongoing functions of the agency in compliance with Federal and State regulations in agencies
- Plans and assures adherence to budgetary guidelines and exercises appropriate expense control management in agency offices
- Ensuring the accuracy of public information materials and activities
- Directs and supervises administrators to review documentation for necessity of services, quality care and compliance with physician orders and the plan of care to ensure quality care and reimbursement
- Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including monthly, quarterly and annual audits as required for agencies
- Assures systematic follow-up on referral source feedback, liaison activity and agency quality service measurements
- Ensures a working environment in each agency that enables employees to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
- Supports agency human resource functions; assure compliance with legal and risk issues
- Oversees agency management functions including staffing, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Available to provide field assistance when needed
- Ability to travel as required
- Completes other assignments and duties as requested and assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Company

- Bachelor degree in Nursing or Science
- Minimum of three (3) years in administrative management experience in healthcare, with a proven ability of demonstrating management and leadership expertise.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in home care and/or supplemental staffing is required.
- Registered nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with organization requirements.
