Great work you’ll do here:
The Independent Living Associate (ILA) is a member of the Independent / Private Duty Home Health team and leads by example. The ILA is responsible for delivering professional care to our clients in accordance assigned care. The ILA offers quality of care when working with clients and when completing all documentation. The ILA complies with all agency policies and procedures. The ILA will provide quality care consistent with all relevant professional standards and state and federal requirements.
- Provide compassionate and individualized assistance to our clients.
- Assist with household management.
- Monitor and report any concerning changes in client’s behavior or condition
- Provide compassionate yet professional companionship and conversation
- Ensure the client is in a safe environment and use appropriate precautions are taken when transporting the client.
- Completes other assignments and duties as requested and assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Company

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years’ experience as an caretaker in a medical or administrative field
- Exceptional driving record
- Working vehicle, valid driver's license, & valid auto insurance
