Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Terminal Laborer to join our team in Piti, Guam. As a Terminal Laborer, you will be responsible for a variety production and maintenance related activities at the cement terminal.

What You'll Get to Do:
- Participate in company health and safety program and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Loading of bulk cement into trailers and one-tone jumbo bags.
- Unplugging of air slide and bucket elevator.
- Assist with repairs to bucket elevator.
- Closure of horizontal silo doors and change of dust collector bags.
- Check level of out bin.
- Cleaning (sweep and shovel) of the warehouse and truck scale.
- Cutting of grass, cleaning, and maintenance of the plant yard.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Effective communications and ability to work as a productive team member.
- Forklift experience, certification a plus.
- Experience with physical labor.
- Capable of learning through on-the-job training.
- Ability to work safely, and independently.
- Capable of learning through on-the-job training
- Good attendance and punctuality a must.
- Must have the physical ability to: climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift (up to 90 lbs.), sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, work at heights, and walk on varied terrain.
